1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Dispatch Labs, a sole proprietorship operated by Isaiah Houston ("we," "us," "our") at getdispatchlabs.org and our affiliated brand storefronts (sana-footcare.pages.dev, downshift-sleep-stack.pages.dev, fulldose-pcos.pages.dev, rooted-heel-stick.pages.dev) and the purchase of products sold through them (the "Store"). By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Store. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
• All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.
• We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and ingredients accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent — for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
An order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. Payment must be received and authorized before we ship. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.
5. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping timeframes, rates, and handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within [RETURN WINDOW] days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened dietary supplements and personal-care/cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER — DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our dietary supplement products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Our supplement products are intended only for healthy adults. Information provided on the Store is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience an adverse reaction. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
7. COSMETIC PRODUCTS
Our foot-care and other personal-care products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Nothing on the Store — including product descriptions, blog content, testimonials, or customer reviews — constitutes medical advice or a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions about a medical condition.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Store — including text, graphics, logos, images, and brand names — is the property of Dispatch Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
10. USER CONDUCT & REVIEWS
If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful, and not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatch Labs and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store or any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dispatch Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store or any product.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
