DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — this is in addition to the satisfaction guarantees above.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR CLAIM YOUR GUARANTEE
Email sam@getdispatchlabs.org with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions and a prepaid return label if a physical return is needed. Please wait for instructions before shipping anything back.
REFUNDS
Once your refund is approved (and we've received any returned item), we issue it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received an approved refund after that timeframe, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you've done this and still haven't received it, contact us at sam@getdispatchlabs.org.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like a different product, claim your refund on the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The product guarantees above do not apply to gift cards, final-sale or clearance items, or free promotional products.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you enroll in a subscription or subscribe-and-save plan, you can cancel or modify it at any time before your next billing date from your account or by emailing sam@getdispatchlabs.org. Your product's satisfaction guarantee still applies to each order.
