Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. During promotions or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Estimated delivery within the United States is 3-7 Business Days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, weather, and other factors outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If you haven't received tracking within 1-2 business days of ordering, contact us at sam@getdispatchlabs.org.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States. If we are unable to ship to your location, that will be indicated at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers; please provide a physical address where possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

• Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at sam@getdispatchlabs.org and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
• Marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
• Arrived damaged: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
